WHAT IS PTE?

PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) assesses all four languages skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing. The test duration is approximately three hours including an untimed introduction to the test and one optional break of up to 10 minutes. PTE Academic is the world's leading computer-based test of English for study abroad and immigration. It provides you the results within 5 business days.

PTE Academic is the world's leading computer-based test of English for study abroad and immigration. PTE Academic consists of three main parts. You will receive a general introduction to the test and specific instructions about that to expect in each part of the test. Each part may contain a number of sections. Each section is individually timed. This language proficiency test is points based scoring (90 points= 9 Band).

PTE Academic offers fast, flexible English testing. Test-takers can schedule their test as little as twenty-four hours in advance, and typically receive their results within five working days. PTE Academic offers flexible testing locations, with test centres in over 50 countries worldwide. PTE Academic is also accepted for visa applications.
